TD 4 has become TS Dean. Its forward speed has slowed to 18mph and it continues its westward motion. Shear is believed to be relaxing a bit and it has warmer sea-surface temps ahead of it. It is forcast to continue strengthening.

The track has been adjusted west a bit, making recurvature less likely. So everyone should be keeping an eye on it as it approaches the Caribbean.
