It's not "awesome" -- it's a PITA.

Model tracks for something brewing in Atlantic. Eyes on Carribean

If this develops and stays strong this is south enough to have a chance of hitting the islands and towards Florida.

First time since 2000 that the formation of the Atlantic's third tropical storm will occur past Aug. 16. Slowest Atlantic Hurricane Season Since 2000 May Come Alive

So a lot of them = Global Warming. A little = Climate Change. Okeedokee

Since the end of 2010 there have been a total of 6 major hurricanes in the Atlantic Basin. The 2005 season saw 7 by itself .

Its good the globe is warming otherwise we would be seeing more.

Blaming global temps on Katrina was around my turning point of realizing how they were brainwashing the public. It sounded so idiotic. Then eveything was being traced back to warming and I woke up.

GFS hinting at topical system in Atlantic and Carribbean in a week which hits Cuba then goes into the Gulf.

If meets up with Northern Jet after the gulf there could be another Anomalous storm somewhere in US or Canada.

Here's the potential Tropical system latest model projection... Swing and away.

First it was the Gulf threat, then Florida... now the fish.. Weather pattern not allow it to develop quick or come into the U.S. We'll see if anything changes from here on out.

Tropical Storm Marie just south of Baja California forecast to evolve into a category 2-3 hurricane later this weekend. Hopefully it makes its way up into the warmer than normal waters off the Oregon coast.

Cambium - any update on TS Marie? It still looks pretty ominous on radar just SW of Mexico. Is that expected to head further west? I noticed there are two other tropical storms hanging out there between Baja California and Hawaii - about halfway. They haven't moved much in the last day or so. None of them look like a threat - yet.

My radar is nothing like yours. What do you have on the Pacific for the weekend?
