Already posted but a good reminder, this site has a ton of different sources and maps on there. Sometimes it loads slow though.

Another great link to save. It shows the Steering Currents. Hurricanes take the path of least resistance so you can see where it's likely to go over the next couple days.

Figure post this link here as well since it's helpful during Hurricane Season.
