im try to decide weather to move to texas or florida. i love heat,looking for good good schools,jobs,not bad hurricanes or storms. i work at autozone,2 kids and a husband,i would to live on a farm or some were with a lot of yard please help

You might want to go to Texas, I heard the market is better there as well as everything else. Florida is getting too pricey for what it's worth and people are getting taxed left and right. We don't really have farms here unless you go to North Florida, you can have a farm there and work at AutoZone--it's cheaper up there as well...

The cheapest "farm" land goes for 10,000 an acre now. There's swamp and scrub lands for less, but only in huge blocks. Perhaps the real estate crash will bring back affordable Florida land. If it does I say, come to Florida. If not, go to Texas.
