Important... Northwestern wall has areas of 150+mph winds! So dont think because the eye is to your east you wont get it. But 74mph+ only extends out 50 miles from center.
If it looks bad come Friday night then I'll "batten down the hatches" here and head to Doral (about 10 miles inland) to ride it out with some friends.
If it decides to pull a Matthew and recurve at the last second I'll probably go to the beach on Saturday and just stay in my house.
