28Sept18 - 5pEDT/AST - Winds 40mph(65km/h), moving WNW 14mph(22km/h), pressure 1007mb. Continues to weaken, expected to dissipate tonight or Saturday. Regardless of status, heavy scattered rains expected of 1-2in N Windward Islands, S Leeward Islands tonight, Saint Croix and E Puerto Rico 2-4inches, isolated 6inches Saturday.

28Sept18 11pEDT/AST - Kirk has dissipated this evening in the Caribbean. Reguardless heavy scattered rains into St. Croix and E Puerto Rico regions. An archive of previous advisories can be found here: https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/archive/2018/KIRK.shtml?
