Buoy captured 77mph wind gust. See where it is? Also note the Tornado warnings (red boxes) still happening near NC coast.

Tornado symbol in SC is for an actual Tornado on ground.

White flags = 50kt+ gusts at the airport sites.

It very well could be. Parking garages seem to have a lot of the same features.

Actual surge at Charleston at last high tide, 2 feet above predicted high tide at 7.52 ft. King tide last week BEFORE the storm, 8 feet.
