Saturday 28Sept2019 11pEDT/8pPDT: PTC16e becomes Tropical Storm Narda, the 14th named storm of the 2019 East Pacific Hurricane season. On average the 14th named storm genesis date is Oct 11th.

Estimated winds 40mph(65km/h), moving NW 9mph(15km/h), pressure 1000mb. Located about 115miles(185km) SSW of Acapulco, Mexico. Tropical Storm Warning Acapulco to Cabo Corrientes Mexico.

With wind shear present & land nearby likely to remain a weak-mid strength Tropical Storm, main story heavy flooding rains likely.

Sun 29Sept 11aEDT/10aCDT/9aMDT/8aPDT: Estimated winds 45mph(75km/h), moving NW 15mph(24km/h), pressure 998mb. Located about 10miles(15km) NE of Lazaro Cardenas Mexico; about 155miles(250km) ESE of Manzanillo, Mexico. Possibly reformed center to right on the coast so now inland at the moment.

Mon 30Sept 11aEDT/10aCDT/9aMDT/8aPDT: Estimated winds 40mph(65km/h), moving NW 15mph(24km/h), pressure 1000mb. Back over water about to enter East side of Gulf of California, back to Tropical Storm status. Skirting the coast, likely landfall again later today or Tuesday.

Nayarit, Sinaloa - 3-6inch(76-152mm), isolated 10-15in(254-381mm)
Jalisco, Colima, Michoacan - 1-3in(25-76mm), isolated 10-15in(254-381mm)
Chihuahua - 1-3in(25-76mm)

Mon 30Sept 8pEDT/7pCDT/6pMDT/5pPDT: Estimated winds 50mph(85km/h), moving NW 20mph(32km/h), pressure 998mb. About 65miles(100km) West of Culiacan and same SE of Los Mochis, Mexico. Riding parallel along coast East side of Gulf of California.

Obs:
-43mph(69km/h) wind gust Paralelo Treinta y Ocho.
-35mph(56km/h) wind gust Culiacan airport.
