Mon 23Sept2019 11aEDT/AST,12pADT: Invest 90L, to TD13, now Tropical Storm Lorenzo. Estimated winds 40mph(65km/h), moving W 18mph(30km/h), pressure 1006mb. Located about 255miles(410km) South of Cabo Verde Islands in far Eastern Atlantic.
Overall expected to steadily strengthen into Hurricane and recurve out into central Atlantic.
