Thursday 25Jun Tropical Depression 3E (TD3E) named Tropical Storm Boris. The 25th is also the average "B" named storm in E Pacific formation date.

But as of Friday 26Jun 5aEDT/11pThursHST: Winds down to 35mph(55km/h), moving WNW 8mph(13km/h), pressure 1006mb. Weakens to Tropical Depression. Storm will cross 140W into the Central Pacific later today, but will remain well Southeast of Hawaii (currently about 1,235miles(1990km) ESE of Hilo, HI). Expected to basically fall apart this weekend.
