Fri 10July 5aEDT:
Winds 50mph(85km/h)
Moving North 10mph(17km/h)
Pressure 1002mb

See above for radar. Pretty much no changes to earlier. With the heavy rain comes possible flooding, gusty winds, brief small tornadoes, minor coastal flooding. Outside of where the main rain blob goes: not much likely to happen basically.

Tropical Storm Warning extended further South to the DE/MD border & S Delaware Bay as that main band of rain pivots in with TS winds.

Fay now producing 49-57mph wind gusts at the coast with those stronger bands off the ocean. See reports from those locations

Can just look at radar but heaviest rains coming into New Jersey now:
https://twitter.com/nwswpc/status/1281581970674221056

Storm is being sheared, dryer air to its Southwest and hitting colder waters so looks like a Sub-Tropical Storm now but effects still the same, with the action taking place where that main blob of rain goes while the center itself is basically a naked swirl of clouds.

Getting closer. Get those rain gauges ready. Just started raining in NYC. Watch Atlantic City's metar turn dark green (heavy rain). Temps and Dews in the 70s.

Center of it is getting closer to the Jersey shore
