Sunday 16August Tropical Storm Fausto forms (formally TD11E).

Estimated winds 40mph(65km/h), moving NW 20mph(31km/h), pressure 1004mb. Center about 715miles(1,150km) W of S tip of Baja.

Short lived, became a storm just before hitting colder waters which rob it of it's energy source. Likely falls apart in short order. Looks to head more West away from land.
