TS winds extend up to 520miles(835km) from center.
Large wind field as no longer considered "tropical" system, now gaining it's energy from sources other then warm waters. Now making its turn more NNE. Per post-Sandy lessons learned, Tropical Storm Watch/Warnings remain posted even though the NHC no longer issues advisories which now come from the NWS WPC and Canada authorities.
Here is the coastal flooding along SC coast, lot of marsh land but satellite even has picked this extra water rise of Kings Tide (which normally causes street flooding even in Charleston, SC) + extra water from large swells from Teddy:
