Late morning: looks like dry air may have gotten to the core. Looking a lot more ragged and IR sat imagery not looking well at all. Still, looks like main band currently along i75 corridor there gusty winds and very heavy rain.

Tampa area here: Windy but not overly so, rain came down fast for a while. I'm guessing about 2" since yesterday.

Nothing to write home about.

Even the lite stuff over hours and hours can lead to some minor wear and tear on things (palm branches, power lines, etc). About 18,000 out of power in FL (via https://poweroutage.us/area/state/florida ).

How do you block someone...lol. This guy will never be happy..gets some tropical storm wind gusts and a couple inches of rain but thats not good enough..he wants his roof blown off by a hurricane...

Tired of hearing him say it..ruins the thread.

Now getting gust to 45mph and heavy rain just south of me. Winds will come around off the gulf once the center goes north of me. So now we are in the core bad weather for a few hours.
