Area well South of Baja now TS Paine. Wind shear blowing storms off to the SW, but keeping just enough near the core for upgrade. Expected to stay week and turn out to sea.

Mon 3Oct 5pEDT Winds 35mph(55km/h), moving NNE 9mph(15km/h), pressure 1006mb.

Tue 4Oct 5pEDT Winds 45mph(75km/h), moving NW 6mph(9km/h), pressure 1004mb. Looks like better outflow, but on IR clouds have quickly warmed it appears. Possible dry air has gotten into the system.
