Out to sea. May curve up eventually near Greenland / Iceland region or just South of there.
Wed 2Nov 5aEDT - winds 65mph(100km/h), moving ENE 15mph(24km/h), pressure 989mb. No coastal Watches or Warnings being far out in N Atlantic so no new updates until 11aEDT. But microwave and infrared satellite show an eye now, so wouldn't be surprised if they upgrade to Hurricane before the 11a update.

Resulting storm system expected to eventually curve up between Northern UK & Iceland region late this weekend into early next week, but much weaker then current.
Thurs afternoon: Martin becomes post-tropical, therefore no more advisories to be issued by NHC. Last stats were: winds 80mph(130km/h), moving NNE 58mph(93km/h), pressure 950mb. An archive: https://www.nhc.noaa.gov/archive/2022/MARTIN.shtml?
