Jamaica gets hit by hurricanes all the time. It is does not matter where a hurricane is going, it always passes over Jamaica. Yet Jamaica seems to have the ability to weather them without massive loss of life and damage. The houses and buildings there are, for the most part, still standing after each storm.
What are they doing that maybe we should be doing?
