The latest report is that Ike has 80 mph winds. Unfortunately, he's still heading for the Gulf so that could change drastically.

Ike is barely a hurricane with wind speeds of 75mpg but he is expected to strengthen in the open gulf. He still seems TX bound on the 8 PM NOAA report.

At 11 PM Ike is back up to 80 mph winds and over open warm gulf water. No real change in the cone at this time.

Not much change with the 2am report. Still only 80 mph winds. I'm sleeping until the 8 am report. Lets all hope he stays at 80 mph or less.
