Yea, we have a friend there, too. (Besides ILNC.) He's not allowed to evacuate so we are keeping an eye on the weather channel, too.

Their inland quite aways, so no evac for them.

BTW, I just checked the live cam from the the Galveston Bar. Lots of people still. Tempting fate I guess. At least they boarded up the windows...

I just watched some live feed at KHOU and they claim it won't go cat 3., even if it is still dangerous due to its size.

No wind yet, but we should start feeling the wind pick up in the morning. I did see it's going to curve over to the right so you just might get rain from it.
