It weighs about the same as the Hyundai Kona Electric's battery pack which is rated for 64 kWh and was released in 2018. For about three years of change, that's a pretty significant increase in gravimetric density and what's more is that it uses 800v and charges far faster (and can discharge far faster) than the Kona Electric battery. This is quite a large jump in three years time.

And we've got our official US prices now:

https://insideevs.com/news/553922/20...cing-revealed/

Lowest trim with a smaller battery comes in at a MSRP of $39,700 with a 220 mile EPA range. Next up and with a much improved range EPA range of 303 miles come out at $43,650. There's a lineup of trim lines and RWD and AWD options topping out at $54,500. The ~$4K difference for 83 more miles of rated range seems odd to me as I'm not sure who would go for the standard range, but who knows, maybe it also has other bonuses to go with the smaller battery pack like much higher efficiency and/or more usable (frunk?) space.
