Hi. We moved to Idaho Falls last summer from a place in the midwest that had a wonderful community education program. Community members could take classes in everything from computers to gardening. The fees were nominal. They had children's classes, too. Is there anything like this in Idaho Falls? It's January and I need something to add interest to the long winter months.

Eastern Idaho Technical offers computer courses, The Sugar Shell offers cake decorating, Beads N Treasures offers jewelery making.... does one place have it all? No, but there are many things out there from martial arts to horseback riding to physical fitness.

Eastern Idaho Technical actually offers more than just computer classes, and right now there are free gardening classes on Saturday mornings at 10 at the community center (??) on Skyline by the airport. If you are a senior there are classes in various subjects at the IF Senior Center.
