There is a lot of activity in that area as of right now. And yes I've confirmed it is 3 stories

Found out that Orange Leaf is moving into the center where Broulims is at. However, they don't plan reopen until mid-August. In the meanwhile I suffer without enjoying my favorite empty calorie indulgence

Sorry, you were talking about the size or profile when I responded to that. So yes it is three stories but only 2 above ground, on e is a basement level, below grade.

No. That was the plan at first but level one is actually above the road level

Do any of you have more information on The Broadway? I've seen the plans and artist renderings and it looks very nice. What is the realistic date of completion?

Everything I've read has the actual construction beginning in the next couple of weeks as far as site work, underground parking garage etc. It should take 18 months until completion.

Anybody have info on the retail store going up in Ammon just behind Kohls? The size has me wondering. I thought maybe a Smith's or Dick's. The immediate area has plentiful grocers and sporting goods stores. Tractor Supply seems like it would be smaller.

Also some land south of Sandcreek Commons is under consideration for a rezone to dense residential. Apparently there is further demand for apartment complexes after First street and Snake River Landing?

Planet fitness pulled a building permit recently for a property near Woodruff and 1st. The old home of Scientech is the only place I think could house the gym chain.

Also I was looking at loopnet earlier. Orangeleaf is moving close to Washington federal. The flyer mentioned there was only one space available in the new development by Skidmore.

that's exciting news! I was hoping the old Hasting's building would be the spot. I think most Planet Fitness clubs are around 20,000 sq ft
