Really? An overpriced, membership-based outdoor gear store seems a poor fit to me. Cabelas is overpriced enough. What we need is a Dicks Sporting Goods, not more Beverly Hills "outdoor couture" places.

Not sure you are referring to REI with your "Beverly Hills" reference, but I'm sure you know REI is a Seattle area (actually Kent, WA) based company. Yes, it is membership, like Costco, but offers quality products at good prices. I'm not sure what your objection is all about here. But you are welcome to reject it at the end of the day.

Cabela's is becoming too much like Bass, a freaking clothing store

I could see Dick's Sporting Goods in where Sporting Authority used to be and we could still make good use of REI

Bass Pro when it didn't buy out Cabella's was a lot more expensive with same products.

A housing complex similar to the one behind Big Lots.

Interesting place for high density housing. In an industrialized zone. Also interesting considering the onslaught of apartment complexes weve seen and are planned in the area. Several in ammon and Westside. Speaking of the West side, there's a proposed annexation of commercial just east of I-15. Possible location for REI or cracker barrell.
