There are some threads on this topic but they're several years old and I know these builders can come and go rather quickly. In your experience, who are the reputable home builders in Idaho Falls for homes in the $170-200k range? Thanks!

I'm not familiar with any that do individual homes, only the subdivision builders.

Well that's what I mean. I'm not having a custom home built or anything. I'm looking for something perhaps 2006 and newer.

When I was looking for a home, I refrained from the newer home developments (mainly cuz my wife wanted a mature area). But we did look at several areas. TBH, I personally wasn't impressed with the new home dvelpments, because quite frankly I didn't like the cookie cutter, pre fanned house look. And I do enjoy the treelined streets I live on now. Sorry I can't help with the biluilders or subdivision name, but don't sleep on the mature areas...
