Looking for a apartment for rent in Idaho Falls (rentals, month to)

Hello, my family and I are in Idaho Falls and we are looking for a apartment to rent through a private owner if any one on here knows someone. I would appreciate it. I don't want to go through a property management company and prefer a month to month. I have the income to pay multiple months in advance.

It is myself, my wife and three sons, ages 3,2,1. We are really wanting to get a place as soon as possible. If you guys can help me out I would appreciate it as we do not know anyone here yet. Also any tips as far as websites that have private rentals in the area would be great too. Thank you.

It would be uncommon for an owner to do all of his own management on an apartment building. Maybe you could find a duplex where the owner does his own management.

Private owner landlords do their advertising on Craigslist, just like the management companies do. Some of the larger apartment buildings don't advertise. They just put a vacancy sign out front, so you might try doing some driving around and looking for signs.
