According to this article, the order happened on Wednesday afternoon, 3/25. I’ve been keeping a close eye on this since I have a family member living near the Idaho/Wyoming border.

This is a very big issue in my Midwestern state where the leading specialists at our public teaching university have conflicting views on the necessity of a shelter down order.

Many of us did not understand the ramifications of this just three weeks ago. I hope most states now realize nobody is immune and this is indeed serious. Utah has yet to do a stay at home order. Crazy.
