It would help if you narrowed the question down to more specific areas.

Rigby and Firth are both close to Idaho Falls and/or Blackfoot, Chubbuck is very close to Pocatello.
St. Anthony is closest to Rexburg, a city you didn't mention, and it's about 100 miles north of Pocatello.

Jerome and Burley are both closer to Twin Falls, on the opposite side of the state than all these others, about 150 miles from Idaho

Rathdrum is 500 miles north of them all, way up in the NID panhandle.

Idaho's crime rates are highest where the largest population centers are, naturally.
That means they will be higher in Idaho Falls and Pocatello because they're the largest cities in your list.
But the folks who live in NID are far away from the crime in SID, and your list is so scattered it's next to impossible to answer because our local crimes mostly aren't reported state-wide.

In very general terms, property crimes are more common in our small towns, while violent crimes increase proportionally with the size of the community. None on your list has a big reputation for violent crime, but almost all have had incidents in the past.

If you really want to know crime rates, I think the best place to find them would be on the Idaho state website. Or checking on the county websites of the places you're looking at the most.

Realtors usually know what the crime rates are in a community. They may be a good source of info for you.
