I had to luxury yesterday to take a tour of the new senior community in Idaho Falls on Hitt Rd south of Sunnyside. They have independent senior living, respite care and "memory care" units. Nice facility with modern movie theater rooms, some units with washer/dryer hook ups, independent senior condos, rec rooms, small gyms/work out areas, library and the list goes on.100 pounds! That is practically unheard in any type rental in SE Idaho.

I, too, checked out this place for an aging relative recently. Very impressive, but the really high monthly cost sent us out the door for now. I suspect with the economy being so bad they'll have a rough time filliing the place as planned. Otherwise, it looks like a great place to live or retire, if you've got the bucks.

Sounds interesting. I know this is a national chain, I don't know if an individual location can change costs.
I want to see the place for myself. From your post, cleosmom, it sounds like some very interesting services. Well, at least something finally got built in that area, given of course, an indirect reference to another structure long-scheduled for that area. I'm sure you know who to which organization I mean.
