1.Do you need airconditioning in your home in the Summer?

2.Is it warm enough to swim in the lake in the Summer?

3.Is the public beach sand or gravel?

4.Is it windy in the CDA area?

5.Do you need a 4WD if you live in town and plan on driving mostly in town or on the paved roads?

6.Do you need an electric engine block heater (I think that's what they're called) on your car in winter?

Thanks

1) No. It would be nice to have 2-3 days most summers, but not necessary.
2) Yes
3) Sandy gravel?? IIRC. Kind of a coarse sand.
4) No
5) No
6) No, not even with a diesel.

1.Do you need airconditioning in your home in the Summer? dont NEED it but it does hit 100 for consecutive days so it would be nice.

2.Is it warm enough to swim in the lake in the Summer? yes

3.Is the public beach sand or gravel? some sand some small gravel some large gravel..most 'beaches' are mostly sand

4.Is it windy in the CDA area? depends what you compare it to.. to me no.

5.Do you need a 4WD if you live in town and plan on driving mostly in town or on the paved roads? it wouldnt hurt but no front wheel drive will do just fine in the winter.

6.Do you need an electric engine block heater (I think that's what they're called) on your car in winter? used to have one on my old F150, it was really nice in those really frigid cold winter mornings.

Everything has been answered, but I'll add this. I live for summer here. Warm water, a cold beer, on the boat, watching the sun set around 9:30 or so is a perfect day.
