Is Twin Falls a good place to live? Twin Falls is on a list of possible places I might move for work. I'm a young single guy so things like whether it's good to raise a family there or whether the schools are good don't matter much to me.

Things like, what's the weather like, are there any good restaurants/pubs, how's the cost of living, that sort of thing is what I'm trying to find out.

I know being in southern Idaho it's more of the desert/badlands type terrain, and I know about Shoshone Falls etc. being nearby, which I like as I love spectacular natural areas.

Default You may not like Twin if you're single

Twin Falls is mostly and agricultural town that is mostly about the dairy industry, food processing and call centers. The place has some nice out doors topography and plenty of outdoors stuff to do. There is not to much to do in that town other than eat and drink. They do have a couple of good restaurants and some big chains are there as well. If your not into the family thing it will probably suck for you. On the other hand Boise Idaho is one of the best places to live in the country !
