Yeah, I didn't want to, because I'm sure that's some very scenic and interesting stuff, but there's just so much going on up there, and you can only be gone for so long before the trip becomes too much.

I have already started the conversation of doing a winter recon mission after we decide what we like, so that we can see just how bad it gets. I completely agree that blindly buying property is ill-advised. You can't know the value of it if you haven't learned the area.
