Most of the big potato farmers I know are done or close to done harvesting their potatoes. We will always have tatties to eat in ID.

OP- Posting from Herriman - I'd get stocked up as much as you can with food. You're competing with residents of West Jordan, South Jordan, Daybreak, parts of W. Draper and Riverton competing for food, unless you are planning a trip to ID to load up on food. Hope you grew a big garden.
