no, the caribou restricted areas won't allow it.

I was wondering if that was still the case. I know there were nearly 3 million acres closed to snowmobiling due to the 1 woodland caribou that occasionally wanders over from BC. I was wondering if the "access denied" areas were being reduced after the latest round of meetings. Unfortunately, there are no ATV/dirt bike routes across the divide once you get north of Sandpoint either. A Bonner's to Priest route would be a bonus to both communities.
