This weekend marks the 10th anniversary of us coming up to North Idaho for our first visit. It ended up changing our lives! Be careful with those casual visits....some kind of magic happens...the stars change their courses...you're destined to come back!

We just passed three years in this beautiful state and still could not be happier to call this place home. It's not for everyone, but for my family, it has been one of the best decisions we've ever made. My only regret is that we didn't come sooner.

When we lived in Spirit Lake, we only ever went to Millers for emergencies. Their prices definitely reflect small-town grocery store prices.

Congrats esselcue! I'm coming up on my 20th in a few days (July 5th). I'm not sure rather to consider it an aniversary or my real "birthday".
