Curious about Mullan. We're currently in a town about the same size, so besides the fact that it gets a ton of snow, which some people (me) like, and it's really small, what are the drawbacks? Would a self-employed, younger, family who didn't need to go out all the time, like a place like Mullan? How's the Internet? Where is the closest grocery store, hospital, etc? Our baby is too young still, but how is the school(s?)? It seems to be a little difficult to find things like this on the small towns

Don't know much about Mullan, but I do know that Wallace has a grocery and restaurants and that is about 7 miles away. Smelterville is about 20 miles and has a Walmart. The big city of CdA is close to an hour away. Regular dumpings of snow as I often see Lookout has the most snow of any ski resort anywhere.
