Hello, and thank you in advance. We will be selling our house in Fort Crowded(Collins),CO and moving to Sandpoint sometime this winter, probably February. We already know the area fairly well. We will be looking for a short term rental in the Sandpoint area while we find and purchase our permanent home there. We are a young family of 4, with an old harmless dog(11 year old black lab, very friendly and not messy at all, mostly just lies in his spot all day). We are financially secure with perfect credit. It could be anything from a 2 bedroom apartment, modular outside of town, condo or cabin. We are adventurous and not picky. The most important thing is flexibility, and not being tied into a long lease. I could potentially pay for a 3 month lease in full, in advance. I am also very handy if a rent/work barter interests you, but I have cash if not. Sandpoint is so perfect for us, we are so excited to become a part of your community. Thank you!

Hi Dave,

I think the biggest adjustment will be in terms of business expectations, esp if you have a good gig going in Fort Collins. That aside, I am sure you will love it. Oh, on my previous email. make that Hayden to Post Falls (about 40min end to end)--it is the heart of upper NID business.

I would check Craigslist, VRBO, and to a lesser extent Zillow. Start there. Feb to June should give you options.

S.
