One of the problems with pizza is there are different styles, and people sometimes have strong opinions about what good pizza is based on the style they happen to like.

okay. Pizza is one of the good things from New Jersey and New York. You just can't find the real stuff in the west. At least hardly ever.

Capone's is our current favorite pizza place as well as for sandwiches. Their dough is phenomenal. I have still had better pizza in both Denver and Houston.

Ah yes, I forgot about Capone's pizza. I tried it last summer and it wasn't bad. It was certainly the best non-wood-fired pizza in NID that I tried along with the pizza at Uva. Both use higher quality ingredients than just about anywhere else around here. Uva's sauce is a touch too sweet for my taste but overall, not a bad pie.

All of the other Schlotzky's I've seen close down were generally due to their high prices and so-so product.
