We lived in the Central Valley of California. Now that's bad air. I struggled there and had to carry a rescue inhaler when I ran during the summer. I have no such problems here, if that comparison helps any.

I've seen the "air stagnation advisory" pop up on Weather.com but living on the prairie where it's windy all the time, not sure what it's supposed to mean.
