Planning a day trip to Salmon to check it out and just enjoy the beauty.

Any recommendations? What shouldn't I miss? Not moving there, just want to get out and enjoy the drive and see the town.

Ending up with a good beer at the end of the drive wouldn't hurt either

Thank you!

Anyone vouch for Bertram's? Home | Bertram's Brewery

Looks like they have beer, brie, and sushi, maybe I'm gonna have to stay longer....

Well so much for advice from the locals, my coworker told me this was a two hour drive but now I see it is 4+ : (

So any recommendations on cheap but clean hotel/motel options?

Thanks Sav, I was talking to an employee from there yesterday and she said the same thing, so I'm hoping to risk it this weekend!
