So Many Opportunities to Help and Learn About Others.
The interesting thing about spare time is so many people could use someone to talk to, someone to help them in so many ways.
Maybe, back to the OP, a different way to ask a similar question would be this: How many opportunities are there to get to know your neighbors, or learn about new organizations that need volunteers? Or this is when I can learn what is new in town by getting out of the house during different hours of the day.
PLL, do you like to do things mostly by yourself or with others?
I was surprise by all the responses this thread received. Many of you had some very helpful and creative ideas. Hopefully they were helpful. Happy Spring!

You'll have fun with that. There is a lake cruise that goes from CDA up by Wolf Lodge, there are always lots to see that way, it's worth doing at least once. Bald eagles are fairly common around here, I see them feeding on "road kill" next to ravens pretty commonly too.
