Aw Mark. Just let one thing drop on the floor and then get in the shower or start dinner. That will bring them on. They will come when you least expect it. Do you have a sign up? When we were selling our house in town I spent lots of time in the yard to bring them in if any one even slightly showed interest. Course we were doing FSBO. But I also sold one house we had listed that way too only it was just one of those lucked out things when the guy drove by. Seeing me he just wanted to ask me one question. They left to buy the house.:^) Chris

The sign is now up and today my neighbor told me many cars full of people drove by and even backed up to look again.
Phone hasn't been ringing so I am going motorcycle riding tomorrow and not worry about it.

Mowing the lawn out front today and more cars stopped and were either writing down the listing agents phone number or they were oogleing my creamy thighs while I was atop my lawn mower

Could be a good sign

Well they were probably ogling the cool beer you had in your cup holder. That is unless it was the wheelies you were doing across the front. Heheheh Thought you were going riding. Did not know it was your lawn mower. As long as you made it look like fun to those driving by. Good luck for lots of peeps to tour your house this week.

I did go riding up to Kings Canyon National Park.
I pulled huge wheelies and dodged the cops too...
Not too many tourists this timeof year so it was good.
Then I came home and assumed my roll as homeowner.
My local Agent just called. He had 10 phone calls this weekend to see our house. Going to be a busy week I think.
40 internet hits but 20 of them were me so that don't count....
Now I'm getting scared.... I need a bourbon

I know it's okay where you are living now, DesertRider....but you're required to be clothed in Idaho when you mow the lawn....some of the skinheads up here are closet gays!

Ok Every one this is it. We all need to send the good selling vibes to DR. 10 calls to see the house. You must have been making mowing that nice big lawn look like fun. Hehehehehe Just wait until they see how pretty it is inside. And those two looms in ONE room show how nice and open it is. You have made it look so nice and well kept if any one is out there with money in hand your house will certainly entice them. This is a nice time of year to move to Idaho. Will give you time to get settled in before winter.

I am going to have my nose to the grindstone working at the city this week. Midvale is even going to be Capitol for the Day on Tuesday. So GLAD I do not have to be available for that one. EEEKKK I am NOT into politics. But I do have to get my two days work done in one so I can be gone. I will be checking in on this thread as often as I can so keep us updated.

Chris
