-1 here this morning. The Cali ponies are bundled up in their heaviest winter jammies and staying out the wind. The Fjord is happy as a clam. A really furry, warm clam.

At least we have no wind down here on the river. Just cold.

I checked Clark Fork online, 0 degrees. Down here in SoCal we're struggling with a brutal 53 degrees this morning...

Stay warm, guys!

-2.7 here which I don't mind but yesterday afternoon someone slid off the road and through my backyard privacy fence. No note but luckily the dog didn't head off for her afternoon walk on her own.

-16 here in Three Forks, Montana, but calm and sunny. Had to take my coat off while doing chores -- was getting too warm! 'Course, I did have five layers on under it... Must be this extra shirt I picked up at the free clothes place yesterday has some magic in it.

-7 in Northern Colorado right now. I saw on the webcam for Lookout Pass a day or two ago that they are having lots of snow and I hope that means some great skiing/snowboarding for everyone there. Bundle up!

-7º here in Idaho Falls this morning! It's gonna get way cold tonight; I expect -15º or colder.
It won't last long, though… by the end of the week, it will be back to seasonal again. I just wish it will snow like crazy when it warms up. We can all use a lot more snow right now.

0 degrees exactly this morning in Kansas. Here's some pics of the snow storm we had yesterday and more is forcasted for tomorrow. My sons still did their paper route yesterday and seemed to actually enjoy it. This morning I had to take my lifted Suburban and help my husband get his lifted Subaru out of the snow. Fun, Fun! Can't wait for Idaho! The North Idaho Front Porch-img_5082.jpg

Misty, I do believe that is -2.7 that Para posted, he and I live in the same city in Colorado. My weather station gives the same type of readings (including the "points") currently mine is reading 9.5 degrees at 10:42 am, up from 1.9 degrees an hour ago, it's getting downright balmy!

Para sorry to hear about your fence and glad your pup didn't get out. I try not to drive much in these conditions not because I don't how to drive in snow and ice but because I don't want some idiot who doesn't sliding into me and denting my beloved truck!
