A shop is far better than a quad or ranger anytime. Plus that is a big one. You must really want to fill it with stuff.

Trace,

I should be more specific. Dream Tractor is the key word. The tractor is owned by the Contractor who did the groundwork on the building. I would love to have that thing but cannot justify the cost right now. He paid about 14,000 for it and it is used, so there are deals out there if you look.

I'll admit I don't know anything about quads, farming, cigars Etc. But as a lifetime construction person/heavy equipment operator/ contractor. I believe anyone would be better served by a full sized backhoe as they are so much more capable and easier to operate. Look at John Deere 310's and Case 580"s and right now in this economy especially in California there are alot available as many people are dumping them to unload their debt and try to save their homes. A 6-10 year old JD 310 will bury any of the toy tractors I've seen. Kind of like comparing a good Polaris or Yamaha quad to one of the Chinese jobs.

Had 500 ft of 40 year old pasture fence replaced this week.
The shop is coming soon.

Bids to the left,
Bids to the right,
Can't pour cement when it's cold as tonight.
