Just as States write their own laws for gun ownership they may write them for other things.

This thread is a joke because of the poll choices, lol. As for the article, I like this:

Quote:
the legal weights that anchor many undocumented aliens in the U.S. - for their next move.
That pretty much explains why the term "anchor baby" is justified.

I am more then sure they did, BUT GUESS WHAT, THEY HAD A AWFULLY LONG WAIT, DIDN'T THEY! Arizona smartened up, i have family who live there, do you, they did not want to wait any longer for our Federal Government, to play games, they have had it believe me. Guess what Chicago Style of Poltics plays out in a lot of States, worse then Califronia, mainly the East Coast, where i have a lof of realitives that still live there, but hate it. Chicago style politics is noted in the East. Well my cousins who live in Arizona, say that the people got tired of waiting for Our Government to not do a thing about it, and they have decided to do something themselves, which i give them a lot of credit.

Well it just so happens that I do live in Arizona

And I do apologize if I misunderstood your previous comment

And I will stand along the border and protect My State and
The United States of America from illegal people who's intentions are not for the betterment of the United States
by their first action of breaking OUR laws by entering
illegally.

How is this racism? The idea is to prevent the children of illegals (doesn't matter of their nation of origin) becoming a burden of the state. The 14th Ammendment was passed to ensure that slaves freed by the Civil War were US citizens. Illegals crossing the border and having kids here is a far cry from it's original intended purpose.

Pass it Arizona, and let it be tried at the Surpreme Court... which it will. Hopefully we will then have this loophole fixed.
