Such a sorry state of affairs. Obama's administration sues to maintain the status quo until an amnesty bill can be passed.

Arizona is trying to accomplish what the federal government cannot, or will not attempt. Why should a state have to endure lawlessness while the federal government, who is Constitutionally charged with this responsibility, sits on its butt and twiddles its thumbs?

If this bill is held unconstitutional, then this administration can sit back and do nothing until Arizona eventually has to support what the fed offers.

What a crock!

And the feds had better not act surprised when all hell breaks loose. They remind me of a dog owner who ignores a little dog who begs to be let out to pee, and when the critter finally lets fly, and sprays the room, the owner says "gee, you should'a said somethin', there, sport". HOW thick headed can a government be ???

Illegal immigration=good
Protecting America's citizens and enforcing the law=bad.

This is enraging...and I don't even live in Arizona. If the Federal Government can't or won't do something about this sorry state of affairs and takes the time to sue a state who chooses to protect itself, well, what can one say? It's like a kid who keeps being abused and the parent won't do anything and actually interferes when the child takes action to protect itself. This is absolutely not right.

Why doesn't Arizona sue the Federal government for not doing it's job?

And sue for all monies the illegals have cost Arizona...

We can hold a bake sale, and raise the funds to hire the best lawyers. Charge the feds for aprons, flour, solar ovens..when they lose the case.
