Should we blame Arizona Republicans for wasting taxpayer money fighting a battle they knew ahead of time that they were going to lose?

So you don't trust the federal government to uphold the constitution?

The federal government will most likely win the legal battle but it's not a given. With the SCOTUS stacked 5 to 4 conservative, Arizona may win their case setting off a domino of state's rights challenges to the powers of the federal government. One thing though, Arizona's challenge to the federal government will get Jan Brewer elected governor of the state and polarize the nation with misinformation and fear mongering, Effectively dividing the nation which is what the right wing radicals have wanted all along. People forget that Obama does not make the laws, congress does and the republicans in congress refuse to address the immigration problem with any legislation. They are crippling the workings of government any way they can as they have no plan for the country except to hamstring the current administration so they look good by comparison. They are counting on the people having a short memory come election time in 2012.

I note that the pro-illegals use words like "fear mongering" "hate" "misinformation" as a part of their suitcase full of spin to demonize anyone who is for the enforcement of our immigration laws and anti-CIR. What they cannot dispute is that illegal is illegal and that these people do not belong here and should be deported according to our immigration laws therefore the "spin" words are used.

Most Republicans are opposed to the pro-illegal agenda genuinely so not because of political postering. Of course there are rotten apples in every barrel but from my standpoint most of them are in the Democrat barrel.

Republicans do have a plan...no amnesty, secure the borders. It is just that the other side doesn't like that solution.

if the Feds won the case, the US are going down hill.... We cannot uphold our own laws ... then our own constitutions. Soon you will see the headline on BBC "The Collapse of America"

In case you haven't noticed he is trying his darndest to make that a thing of the past.
Unaccountable Czars appointed with great power, political bribes with out tax money,
Chicago style political pressure, behind closed doors meetings go a long way to the corruption that is most evident here.

We have the laws we need on the books already.
Enforcing them is the solution.

In case you forgot he is also charged with that Duty.
Although it's not his personal agenda apparently.

Nope but good try

Put the blame on the United States Government for
not enforcing the laws we already have

Until then Arizona WILL protect the United States from
people who illegally enter
