O.C. man accused of using undocumented workers | workers, company, undocumented - News - The Orange County Register
If this company refuses to follow US laws they should imprison the owners and deport all Illegals employed there.

The fines and charges this company got are too small to stop this and prison time and forfeiture of assets should be next.

This is yet another example of our lack of enforcement. Employers receive a slap on the wrist, illegals are rewarded with freebies, and taxpayers continue to be fleeced. Not only should this scum employer be jailed, he should be required to reimburse taxpayers for all costs associated with his illegal workforce, including their anchors and deportation.

Well that is the mindset of the pro-illegals. They want the employers punished (as we all do) but only if that doesn't include punishing the illegal workers also. For their part in the crime they want them rewarded with legalization and even a path to citizenship. Is that what they call justice?

I've never heard a pro-illegal call for employers to be punished. Wouldn't that defeat the whole purpose of being pro-illegal?

That's quite surprising. I hear that all the time from the pro-illegals. I think it is all smoke and mirrors to take the focus off the illegals themselves because as you said it does defeat their purpose of wanting illegals to be able to work here. But then I think most of us know that the pro-illegals are a strange breed anyway. They talk out of both sides of their mouth all the time.

Bottom line is that they want the employers punished and at the same time for the illegals to be given a pass and rewarded with legalization so that they can stay and work in this country. Part of their argument is that the employers are abusing these workers and underpaying them and they wouldn't be able to to do it anymore if all illegals were made legal. The problem with that is that amnesty won't stop illegal immigration and the employers will just replace the newly legalized aliens with new illegals to continue down their path of cheap labor for profit.

Why not??? If they refuse to enforce the laws or do the jobs they were elected to (Obama,Napolitano ,etc) they should be removed from office.
