so whats the excuse for those WHO are here legally? They have the best intentions because their Americans?

Everyone now knows the man convicted in the Chandra Levy case is a convicted Salvadoran illegal immigrant, i did not mean illegal's as you think, but a illegal immigrant as in this case. And even just one of these cases is one too many,. not all illegal immigrants come to this Country with the best of intentions.
This guy being here illegally has NOTHING to do with his actions.
The point is that this crime and other crimes committed by illegal aliens wouldn't have happened if they were not here in violation of our immigration laws. Yes, we have our own home grown criminals but they still have a right to be in this country and will be dealt with in our justice system. We don't need to add to our crime stats by the presence of illegal invaders.

Of course not but we are stuck with them because they were born here and shall be dealt with in our justice system. We don't need to import more lawbreakers from other countries to deal with also, especially those here illegally.

The problem is that it is burdending our courts and judges having to deal with illegal alien lawbreakers along with our own criminals. Just another added cost of illegal immigration.
