"Undeterred, Students DREAM Up New Plan for 2012"

December 20, 2010
| Fox News Latino

Young immigrants who fought to get the DREAM Act passed will now focus on the 2012 elections.
For young students who had their dreams dashed, it's time for Plan B.

After the disappointment of Saturday's blockage of the DREAM Act, college students in Los Angeles are planning to take their fight to the states as their gear up for the 2012 elections.

Says who?

The best lobbyists money can buy, and plenty of organized intertwined staff.

The only thing 2012 will mean is that they will be 2 years older and even more disillusioned.

Keep wasting your life DREAMING or go back home and make something of yourself where they belong, what makes more sense?

Young immigrants?
Sort of like saying drivers when discussing unlicenced drivers. Its true they are drivers but not accurate.
There is a reason the choice is made to omit the illegal part in the discussion. The pro side understands that to describe illegals for what they are makes them a much less sympathetic victim. In fact it might mean that they are not victims at all...

You nailed it, tinman. They don't want any deragatory (though accurate) words attached to these "illegal aliens". The plain ole word "immigrant" congers up an all warm and fuzzy feeling and blurs the line between legal immigrants and illegal aliens. Their agenda is so transparent that even a deaf and blind person can see through it.

I thought that FOX is supposed to be 'fair and balanced". Why does the article refer to these students as "undocumented immigrants"? they are ILLEGAL ALIENS.

That's "Fox News Latino" , so don't expect the truth about illegals to come out.

I just MIGHT have some sympathy for them if their stated goal was to get an education and then go back to Mexico and make it better.... but since all they want to do is mooch off society here and wave the Mexican flag screw them.......
