Folks, hate to break the news but I don't think this has a chance. I've lived in KY for 8 months and can tell you that there is no way Governor Beshear will sign this. He's liberal on illegal immigration and it's an election year so he can't PO the democrats.

Hope he signs it. If not, then he definatley won't make it when election time comes. From what I've noticed Kentuckians seem to be very much against illegal immigration whether democrat or republican.
